Well-accoutered with over 18 years of diverse experience, he advises on a variety of arrangements that go to the core of clients’ ongoing business. These include foreign investment in India, joint ventures, debt and equity funding of projects and companies. He also works on inbound & outbound investments, mergers and acquisitions transactions and specializes in promoter/founder/investee representation.
He further deals in structuring and advising on overseas direct investment by Indian entities and Intellectual Property laws with a specific focus on transaction IP, IP strategies and facilitation and management of technology transfers.
His expertise also encompasses advising on debt and equity funding strategies, private equity and fund investments, as well as management of compliance. In addition, Jeeva has been mentoring several entrepreneurs and start-ups, often hand-holding many of them through multiple rounds of funding and exits.
His leadership skills and entrepreneurial approach has helped him to serve as the co-chair of ABA’s International Sub Committee of Young Lawyers since 2013 and be one of the first non-American lawyers to be recognized by ABA as Ambassador for its Business Law Section. He is also a committee member of the British Business Group and a member of the renewable energy and law committees of the Madras Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
He was instrumental in helping the firm win an award for its ‘corporate and commercial practice’ by the Indian Business Law Journal, where his clients commended his ‘professionalism and quality of advice’.

Dr. K. Muthukumar is a plastic surgeon, practising at Paramathy Velur in Namakkal district, Tamil Nadu,India.He has nearly 35 years of experience in the medical field. He has come up from a middle class family with an agricultural background. He has in Government service also. In addition to medical practice, he is involved in many philanthropic activities. He is the Chairman of Melsathambur K. Karuppusamy Memorial Trust and Annai Sri Aurobindo Educational Trust. He is also a trustee in Sri Venkateshwara Educational Trust. He is an active member of the Lion’s club and participated directly in relief measures for various natural calamities. He was the President of the Indian Medical Association, Paramathy Velur branch. He has conducted many medical camps for the downtrodden people in rural areas as well in many Old Age Homes. He has provided many teaching aids like computer etc for government schools.He is also the President of Nangal Ilakkiyam, a forum for the development of language,arts, culture etc. He organises motivation classes for school and College students with eminent speakers to learn the importance of their mother tongue.He is the Managing director of Rhogenites India Pvt Ltd , a Biotech Research Company.He has received many awards appreciating his Humanitarian services. He is survived by a son who is a Software engineer in USA and a daughter who is a Chartered Accountant.
